Education & Events

National education conferences and regional education conferences are held annually.  SGMP educational programs at both the annual conferences and regular local meetings, instruct on how to produce effective agency meetings that are conducted within budget allocations and per diem allowances.  Valuable tools that help sharpen planning skills are shared to that public funds are spent economically and in a manner that produces results.

Regular Monthly Meeting Information:

Meeting Planners – $10

Suppliers - $25

Non Member Meeting Planners - $20

Non Member Suppliers - $30


RSVP to Betty Kinney, by no later than 1 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting date.
 

Meeting planner guests must complete and return the Meeting Planner Guest form at the time of RSVP.
As the Chapter is making a financial commitment on behalf of its member meeting planners, there will be a charge of $20
($15 dollar registration and $5 no show fee), for all late registrations and/or cancellations or no shows.

 

$25 charge will be assessed for any returned check in addition to the amount of the original check.
