
StoneyCreek Inn – Columbia, MO, is seeking a high
energy sales person to join ourteam. You will be responsible for strong
outside solicitation to drive direct sales results and build relationships
within the community, while providing leadership toward the achievement of
maximum profitability and growthin line with company vision and values.
· Responsiblefor growing existing accounts and
generating new business to ensure that roomand conference revenues meet or
exceed budget in
order to
maximize revenue andprofits to improve the hotel’s performance in the market
place.
· Participates in Chamber of Commerce/CVB, and
other civic organizations.
· Abilityto efficiently
plan a strategy that will help you dominate in the market is a must.
· Will spend 75% of your time prospecting and building new clients and 25%
maintaining existing relationships.
· Conductstours of
the hotel and banquet facilities.
· Spends majority of
time each week away from hotel conducting outside sales calls and sales
blitzes.
· Responds quickly to guest requests in a
friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Maintainsa professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 4 years sales management
experience in hospitality or related area. Stoney Creek Inn - Columbia is a
